DESCRIPTION:SECOND CHANCE ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM PLACEMENT: \nAfter the amazing response we had to our first round of Placement for Competition Cheer and Dance as well as for the Performance Showtime Team\, we are offering a SECOND CHANCE Placement Day for students who were unable to attend the first call placement. \nOur second placement day will be on Friday 17th January.\nWhat: Second Chance Placement\nWhen: Friday 17th January\nWhere: MJDS Downstairs Studio\nTime: 4-5 pm for students placing for a CHEER team\n5-6 pm for students placing for a DANCE team. \nAs our teams are designed around our first chance placement day\, below are the following age groups we are offering for Dance and Cheer. \n  \n– We are looking for students aged between 4 years and 8 years to join a Mini Age group for our CHEER COMPETITION PROGRAM\n– We have spots left in our DANCE COMPETITION PROGRAM for ages 7-18 years.\n– We have spots left in our SHOWTIME TEAM for students aged 7-18.\n– For any TINY students (ages 4-6) we have spots left in our confirmed Tiny Sparks Dance Team and do not require placement. \nIf you are interested in joining a team\, please fill out the relevant commitment form and purchase a ticket to second chance placement! DESCRIPTION:MAXImise Your Confidence Camp\nBig things have been happening here at MJDS this past year with SO many event ideas jumping around. One of our core values at MJDS is Confidence\, and we have been working hard behind the scenes here to create an educational event for our Mighty Students based around the concept of heightening their Confidence! \nThis is our BIGGEST MJDS Event to date and we are thrilled to finally let everyone know about how VALUABLE this 3-day event is to all teens aged 9 years to 18-year-old! \nWhat: MAXImise Your Confidence Camp!\nWhen: Tuesday 21st January-Thursday 23rd January\nWhere: MJDS Upstairs Studio\, Corner of Council and Tyrell Street\nTime on each day:\n 8:00 am – 9:00 am – FREE Early Drop-Off\n9:00am – 5:00pm – Holiday Camp Fun!\n5:00pm – 6:00pm – FREE Late Pick-Up \nSPECIAL OFFER: As an extra bit of sparkle added to our Confidence Camp\, we are offering a Confidence SLEEPOVER between Day 2 and Day 3\, where students are invited to bring their sleeping bag\, pillows and blankets to camp out with other kids ready for the last day of our camp! This offer is only available for those who purchase a 3-day ticket and are with us for the whole duration of the camp. Dinner will be provided for\, a movie night time games and breakfast ready for day 3. \nThe MAXImise Your Confidence Camp will include things such as:\n– Drama games and activities to get them communicating and stepping out of their comfort zone\n– Crafting (including the local art studio down the road to reach out to for cross-promotion)\n– Dance lesson in Acro\, Jazz and Hip Hop to showcase students confidence\n– Yoga\n– Skincare and a make-up lesson\n– Mindfulness and Meditation\n– Healthy body and Nutrition Session from a local Fitness Instructor / Bodybuilder\n– Positive Mindset and Affirmation activities\n– Love Language and Strengths Finder\n– Life Coach\n– Pamper Session full of facials\, manicures and pedicure\n– Hair Braiding lesson\n– Resilience and Coping Skills and Activities\n– Goal Setting and Journaling\n– Personal values exploration\n– Basic Photography and Selfie taking lesson! \nThree Day Campers will also receive a ‘MAXImize Your Confidence’ tote bag. It will include the following:\n– Journal for them to write in the journal and goal setting session.\n– Folder for their printouts.\n– MJDS Pen\n– Some extra surprise goodies for the FIRST 5 Three Day Tickets buyers!!!! \nOur MAXImise your Confidence camp will be priced at valuable $299 for the 3 days\, including the one-night sleepover!
