DESCRIPTION:ALL NEW CHEER TASTER CLASS COMING SOON!!\n\n\n\nHas your child shown interest in cheer? Or perhaps your winter sport is finished up for the year and you’re looking for something to do in Term 4? Our BRAND NEW Cheer Taster Class is the perfect option for you!\n\n\n\nThe cheer taster class is an 8 week program where students will learn all the fundamentals of Cheer!\n\n\n\n Cheer tumble skills including forwards and backwards rolls\, cartwheels\, bridges\, handstands and level appropriate skills including walk overs and roundoffs.\n\n\n Learn different stunts and jump combinations.\n\n\n At the end of the program\, we will piece it all together with some dance elements to create a mini routine!\n\n\n\nOur Cheer Program is thriving this year and we want everyone to come and be apart of it!\n\n\n\n WEDNESDAYS 4:00-5:00pm\n\n\n Ages 7-12 years\n\n\n Class starts on Wednesday 12th October\n\n\n\n  \n  \nCheerleading is a fantastic way of connecting a group of people together and it also promotes team building in a positive way.  Every member is important and there should never be any favouritism\, because at the end of the day the flyers cannot fly without their bases and vice versa.  Being part of a cheerleading squad will give you brilliant team building skills and you will be able to carry these skills with you throughout your life.  Being a good member of a team is a very valuable trait to have as a person and cheerleading is one of the best ways to practise these skills. \n\nSo what are some of the benefits of joining our Cheer Taster Class?\n\nShort 8 Week Program to finish up the year\nGet a taster for our Cheer Program ready for the 2023 Dance Season and Enhancement Program placement day.\nHelps maintain a healthy level of fitness\, build strength and feel inspired\nTeaches coordination through cheers\, dancing and stunt sequences\nDevelop and maintain flexibility\, which is seen when performing high kicks\, jumps\, splits and stunt sequences.\nHaving confidence will make you feel good and it is part of having belief in yourself.  Confidence comes from within and will give you that extra boost when dealing with everyday situations.\n\nHave more questions? DESCRIPTION:Celebration Week\nWe have dedicated 1 week in Term 4 after the completion of our dance concerts for our students to celebrate the big and small wins this year and at the end of year concert.  \nStudents will have their final class of the 2022 season. This class will be dedicated to celebrating the students’ achievements. We will be presenting Graduation Awards and student gifts within the lesson and have the opportunity to watch their concert routine back!  \n  \nDATE: Monday 28th November – Saturday 3rd December \n  \nKeep your eyes peeled for more information! \n
