This R U OK? Day, we’re bringing a little extra sunshine into the studio!
Throughout our R U OK? Out of Uniform Week, students are invited to swap their usual dancewear for their best SUNSHINE colours — think yellows, oranges, golds and anything bright and happy. ☀️
At MJDS, we believe dance is about so much more than learning steps. It’s about building confidence, connection and creating a space where every student feels seen, supported and like they belong.
Throughout the week, our classes will also take part in some meaningful, age-appropriate activities centred around kindness, recognising our feelings, checking in on our friends and knowing who we can talk to when we need a little extra support.
